Buying Your Kit: Here’s your game plan – click on the kit you want to buy. Select your team, your name, player number, and choose your sizes. Double-check with your team manager, captain, or coach if your name is not listed to confirm your player number and ensure you are added to the list.
Sizes: Don’t guess your size – not all items fit the same. For your convenience, we are providing sizing guides. Samples can be available at your club’s office for sizing. Reach out to them if you need to try it on before ordering. Kappa products have a slim fit. We recommend ordering one size up for a more comfortable fit.
Processing/Customization Time: Your kit will be customized with logos and numbers, requiring additional processing time. The shipping method you choose will not speed up the customization process. Uniform and Fan Wear order processing takes about 28 days before shipping.
Shipping and Delivery: We’ll ship your kit to your designated address for a flat rate of $10 using standard ground service.
You’ll receive a notification once your items are shipped.
Backorder items: We forecast our inventory using statistical data, but there are exceptions where certain sizes sell out faster than expected. In such cases, some items in your package may be back-ordered. We will notify you to discuss the best available options to ship right away, and any remaining items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- No cancellations or refunds. Once you submit your order and it is confirmed, it goes into production to be printed with your number and cannot be canceled or modified. For this reason, the purchased item is yours and items customized with numbers or logos cannot be returned or exchanged.
