Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Best Buy Soccer! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure smooth processing of your requests.
Return & Exchange Periods
- Standard Items: 30 days
- Defective Items: 90 days
- Customized Items: Non-returnable
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item is in original, brand-new condition with no signs of wear, grass/dirt stains, odors, or customization (e.g., logos, names, numbers).
- Original tags and packaging are intact. Items missing tags or returned in damaged or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
- Shoes are returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, which must be placed inside a separate shipping box. Do not attach labels or tape directly to the shoe box.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is included.
Packaging Guidelines
To protect your return and ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange:
- Secure all items in their original packaging, including tags, inserts, and accessories.
- Protect shoe boxes by placing them inside an outer box. Returns with damaged or labeled shoe boxes may not be accepted.
- Use a trackable shipping method such as UPS or insured U.S. Mail to send your package.
How to Start a Return

Log into your Account:
- Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
- If you don’t have an account, use the Order Lookup feature by providing your order number and email address.

Select Items for Return:
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and provide the reason for the return.

Receive a Return Authorization:
- Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Include the RMA number and authorization form in the package.

Damages and Defects
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately through our Returns Portal or at custserv@bestbuysoccer.com.
- Defective items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Shipping Costs for Defective Returns:
We cover return shipping costs for defective items or items sent in error.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
- Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to post after processing.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Partial Returns:
Refunds for partial returns are based on the value of the returned items, minus any applicable discounts or promotions.
Fraudulent Transactions:
We cannot process refunds for transactions reported to your bank as fraudulent. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.
Exchanges
- To receive a replacement quickly, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
- We ship exchange orders back to you for free via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Customized items (e.g., team uniforms, items with logos, names, or numbers)
- Autographed collectibles and event tickets
Warranty Policy
With proof of purchase, items with material or workmanship defects qualify for store credit based on the following schedule:
- 0–30 days: 100% credit
- 31–60 days: 50% credit
- 61–90 days: 25% credit
- Over 90 days: No credit
Please Note:
- Natural wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, lack of care, or normal usage is not considered a defect.
- Cosmetic issues (e.g., scuffs, marks, or discoloration on balls, shin guards, shoes, gloves, jerseys, or other apparel) resulting from regular washing, exposure to elements, or normal use are not considered defects if they do not affect the performance or durability of the product.
- Fabric pilling and fading due to repeated use or improper washing are also not considered defects.
Extended manufacturer guarantees will be honored where applicable.
Processing Time
- Allow 1-3 weeks for replacements or refunds after your return is received.
- Ensure all required documentation and product contents are included to avoid delays.
Servicing Exclusions
Our customer service team is unavailable on the following U.S. major holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
